RiverPoint: Apero
Upscale European Cuisine Sets Apart Apero’s Weekend Brunch
With the debut of its new brunch menu, Apero just made Saturday and Sunday mornings a little more decadent. After all, there aren’t many brunch spots where you can opt for full caviar service, but Apero is one of them. Seasonal fruit bellinis, farmers/ market mimosas, and Kyoto cold-brew coffee floats serve as the swanky brunch cocktails that complement the caviar.
Of course, you can always skip the caviar and pair your boozy beverage with the house-made cream puffs, deviled eggs topped with bacon and chives, or a Fromage trio with preserves. The rest of the European-inspired menu includes both sweet and savory options for your breakfast enjoyment. On the sweet side, expect to find options like the Belgian waffle capped off with strawberry compote and a puff of chantilly cream, as well as a yogurt parfait layered with fresh fruit. If you prefer savory fare in the morning, try the avocado toast topped with an egg and greens, the croissant eggs Benedict, or the Croque Madame with ham, gruyere cheese, an egg, and scratch-made bechamel sauce.
